  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll & MPF preparation and office administration activities.
  • Update and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
  • Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including stationery management, maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal etc.
  • Manage office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ HR & administration working experience.
  • Proactive team player with good communication skills
  • Good command of English & Cantonese both in written and verbal;
  • Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
