Human Resources and Administration Officer

The Wharney Guang Dong Hotel Hong Kong

  • Perform all-round HR functions including employee compensation & benefits, recruitment, MPF, salary tax reporting,budget and staff relations offrontline staff, and able to use HR system.
  • Provide admin function such as prepared meeting materials, monthly reportetc.
  • Organize staff training sessions and activities
  • Manage leave administration and attendance record and reporting
  • Direct report to Hotel Manager
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned
  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources fields, preferablyin Hotel Industry
  • Well versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/Ordinancesisa must
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinses Word Processing is a must
  • Strong presentation and analytical skill to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Detail-oriented, independent, well organized and responsible
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
  • Location : Kennedy Town
  • Immediately available is preferred
