Responsible:
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits,payroll calculations, recruitment, and employee relations
Manage the full cycle of recruitment process and explore the external recruitment channels
Supervise a team of office administration staff to provide a full spectrum of daily administrative support
Participate in organizing employee relations events including but not limited to annual dinner, Christmas party as well as company visit
Prepare various reports for management review
Review and update existing HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
High diploma or above in human resources management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 year's experience in HR and admin preferably gained in sizable firm or retail industry
Well-versed in the Hong Kong employment ordinance and other HR-related
Proactive, highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS office and both English and Chinese word processing
Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
