Be responsible for full spectrum of HR operation duties as assigned and acts as an administrator between HR and operation staff within the group.

Responsibilities

  • Assist for C&B administration works such as data input, employee attendance, salary calculation, leave management, etc.
  • Update and maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year’ solid C&B experience is preferred
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Mature personality, details oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing especially EXCEL
  • Working location in Quarry Bay
  • Immediate available is preferred
