Assist the Supervisors to handle daily operations of Compensation & Benefits including Monthly Payroll, Leave & Benefits Administration, HRIS maintenance and update, HR Analysis and Reporting, etc.
Assist in other annual exercises and projects as assigned such as annual salary review, commission and incentive schemes, group medical and life insurance, salaries tax for Hong Kong and PRC Office
Handle other ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisors
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Admin or related disciplines
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and Taxation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
Fresh graduates will also be considered
