Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employment cycle including job advertisement posting, sourcing, offer and contract preparation for frontline staff
  • Provides administration support to the team, e.g. scanning, printing, answer telephone enquiry, keeping equipment stock to ensure supply is sufficient for department need
  • Work proactively to source suitable candidates to cope with the manpower demand of business units
  • Handle and manage the whole recruitment process with operation teams
  • Conduct orientation program for staff in various level
  • Maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile
  • Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • With 1 year’ relevant experience in frontline recruitment process is preferably
  • Able to perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, details-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • 5-day work week
  • Immediate available is preferred
