Human Resources Assistant (12 months contract)(Fresh Grad Welcome)

Job descriptions:

• Assisting in handling full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment process and other HR services in daily operations;
• Assisting in work processes review and preparing documentation on detail work processes and requirements;
• Liaising with business contacts on HR initiatives;
• Upkeeping accurate employment records and databases;
• Preparing HR related statistics and reports; and
• Participating in HR projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines;
• Possess around 1 year of solid experience as human resources generalist preferably in a sizable organisation;
• Be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
• Have proficiency in computer applications; and
• Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
