  • Assist in arranging new hires’ contract signing and other onboarding related issues
  • Prepare onboarding documents and onboarding kits
  • Provide administrative support to background and HR compliance checks etc. as required
  • Answer inquiries from new hires in regards to onboarding issues when needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in data processing is preferred
  • Experienced in working in various types of teams, and a good team player
  • Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline
