Job Responsibilities

  • Assist full range of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits admin and staff-related issues
  • Provide administrative support in office 
  • Responsible for Data entry of personnel details onto HR systems and filing system up-to-date
  • Prepare regular HR analytics reports
  • Provide support for employee on benefits granted by the company
  • Deliver ad hoc HR projects and tasks as required 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above in Human Resources disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mature, stable and excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
