HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOUCES OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Human Resources Manager
  • To perform HR functions including preparation of employment contracts, data maintenance, leave and benefit administration

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Degree in relevant discipline preferred
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF requirements
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature, attentive to details, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skill with all levels
  • University graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Asst. HR Officer
