Human Resources Assistant (C&B)

  • Handle enquiries regarding payroll calculation;
  • Verify the accuracy of the raw data, which are correlated to wages calculation, such as attendance records and leave records;
  • Update and maintain employee C&B records in the HR system and personnel files;
  • Assist in staff benefit review and employee relations activities;
  • Handle enquiries regarding Employee’s Compensation;
  • Update and maintain employee EC records in the HR system and personnel files;
  • Provide general administrative support to the department;
  • Provide counter enquiry support in wages issues.


  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • 1 years human resources experience with focus on C&B functions preferable;
  • Good command in spoken; written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Chinese Word Processing;
  • Details- minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;
  • Willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations.
