Perform HR functions including payroll, MPF, administration, compensation & benefits, record , staff leave & attendance etc.
Handle inquiries internally and externally
Perform administration, sourcing and general clerical duties
Prepare regular report and analysis
Report duties to managers and support supervisors whenever necessary
Perform ad-hoc duties and assignment
Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources, Accounting or other related disciplines would be preferred
1 year relevant experience would be preferred, preferably in Construction (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance
Proficient in MS office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
Initiative, self- motivated, well organized and be a good team player
Immediate available would be preferred
