Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support routine function of compensation & benefits such as medical, EC claim, MPF, Employer’s Tax Return, etc.
  • Assist in implementation of HR Information System and quality data analysis
  • Prepare statistic reports
  • Co-ordinate staff relations and communication activities
  • Assist supervisor to carry out other Human Resources ad hoc projects


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Accounting or other relevant discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, other labour related legislations including the areas of personal data privacy and discrimination
  • Detail-minded, customer oriented, well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate as a good team player
  • Positive thinking and willing to learn attitude
  • Able to work independently and can work under pressure
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
