Human Resources Assistant (Contract based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform full spectrum support to HR functions including but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits and training & development
  • Work closely with HR Partners and APAC HR Director to prepare report analysis and proposals on HR initiatives
  • Assist in implementation of human resources policies and procedures across APAC
  • Create and maintain up-to-date staff record for online platform as well as the filing system
  • Compile, co-ordinate and update various general personnel matters
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 year experience in retail or service industries preferred
  • Knowledge in employment ordinance, MPF and taxation legislations will be an advantage
  • Fast-paced, good numeric sense, highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Mature with positive mind-set as well as strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
