Human Resources Assistant (Fresh graduate are also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, employment, compensation and benefits, employees’ compensation claims, team member movement, employee relations according to our corporate guideline
  • Ensure accurate and timely process on payroll processing and others HR administration such as attendance and leave management, tax returns, insurance and work permit renewal
  • Handle end to end recruitment process for front-line and back office positions from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, offer proposals, on / off boarding process;
  • Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS;
  • Prepare monthly statistical analysis and regular reports, e.g.: headcount allocation, turnover rate analysis and salary survey etc;
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for Management’s review
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company (Fresh graduate are also welcome)
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources
