Assist in payroll and leave administration
Update and maintain staff records in the HR Information System
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
DSE / Diploma or above
Familiar with Hong Kong labour related legislation, such as Labour Ordinance
1 year of solid administration experience, experience in Human Resources Management will be a definite asset
Sensitive to figures and attentive to details
Hands-on computer knowledge on most Windows applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Good command of both English and Chinese
Candidate with less qualification or experience will be considered as HR Clerk
