The Role

Reporting to the Supervisor, the incumbent will:

  • Administrate employees' benefits schemes of the Company
  • Assist in payroll and leave administration
  • Update and maintain staff records in the HR Information System
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

The Person

  • DSE / Diploma or above
  • Familiar with Hong Kong labour related legislation, such as Labour Ordinance
  • 1 year of solid administration experience, experience in Human Resources Management will be a definite asset
  • Sensitive to figures and attentive to details
  • Hands-on computer knowledge on most Windows applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less qualification or experience will be considered as HR Clerk
