Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support on HR activities including recruitment, training, employee compensation and benefits, leave management etc.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and handling record keeping
  • Logistic support on procurement requisition
  • General support for the department and counter service

 

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education with minimum 1 year working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in handling computerize HR system will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate with some working experience will also be considered

 

Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
