Human Resources Assistant / Officer (C&B) (5 Days work) Medical Benefit & Bonus

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of C & B functions for HK office and shops including payroll, attendance, leave management, and staff benefit administration
  • Handling recruitment issues for Shops Operations, including job advertisements posting, resume screening and conducting selection interview
  • Handle payroll matters such as preparing monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, MPF and other C& B related matters
  • Prepare monthly payroll report for Management approval
  • Maintain documentation for all-kinds of staff movement and salary increment
  • Ensure all information in personal files & HRIS is complete and accurate
  • Provide assistance in ad hoc projects assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in C & B nature
  • Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Experience in Beauty industry would be an advantage
  • High level of accuracy as well as strong sense of responsibilities and multi-task oriented
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), good typing skills of English and Chinese
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Immediate available preferred
