Human Resources Assistant - Payroll

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF and taxation
  • Maintain and update employees personnel data in the HR system, attendance system and filing system
  • Administer all leave applications and record
  • Produce and administer monthly reports
  • Play a Business Partner role as a focal point to communicate with respective Restaurant Managers on related payroll and MPF issues among internal and external customers
  • Assist in annual performance appraisal implementation and ad hoc HR related projects
  • Entirely achieve a compliance of the company's policies and statutory requirements


Key Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in the same capacity with strong knowledge in payroll and C&B administration function while exposure in food & beverage / retail industry will be an absolute advantage
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
  • Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and receptive to new ideas
  • Proficient in using HRIS and Excel application
  • Good in written and spoken English & Chinese
