Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to daily HR routines
  • Assist in compiling and preparing HR reports and statistics
  • Participate in various HR related projects
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects and assignment as required

Requirements:

  • HKCEE with 5 passes including English (syllabus B) and Chinese
  • Post-secondary graduate preferably in HR Management or related discipline
  • Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinances, MPF Regulations and other related legislations
  • Good analytical and logical mind set for handling data preparation and analysis
  • Patient, conscientious, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint

One-year contract will be offered as a start. Candidates with satisfactory performance will be reappointed to permanent post after two years’ contract period.
