The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate and perform all administrative duties on the subcontractor employment contractual and payroll related arrangement, Registered Workers registration as well as other coordination works
  • Assist in handling all recruitment related activities, e.g. job advertisements, resumes shortlist, interviews arrangement, employment contract preparation, HR systems data input / maintenance and handle general enquiries
  • Prepare new hire documents and coordinate all the on-boarding related logistics
  • Prepare / coordinate all exit related documents and logistics
  • Liaise, coordinate and arrange career talks with different secondary schools / VTC / technical institutes / social organizations
  • Assist in organising and coordinating company employee relation activities
  • Provide other administrative / clerical support as assigned by supervisors


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in HR support role
  • Experience in site staff administration and related duties 
  • Well-versed in the local Employment and other HR related Ordinance
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work on multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and well versed in handling data and calculation
  • Strong knowledge in using MS Excel, Words and Chinese word processing, powerpoint, etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
