  • Monthly payroll calculation, process and payroll related reconciliation, staff attendance record
  • filing of IR tax returns, provident fund administration
  • Managed all payroll adjustments and time attendance inquiries for 1000+ employees
  • Prepare final payment calculation and check out document
  • Ensuring timely, accurate and confidential processing and record keeping of all payroll and related statutory filings
  • Ensuring payroll is processed in compliance with Employment / Provident Fund / Tax Ordinances and the Company’s policies
  • Preparation of monthly payroll reports
  • Provide ad hoc support as required


  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience gained from sizeable companies handling full process of payroll from using HRMS in calculating payroll, generating reports and making MPF contributions; filing IRD reports and Annual Returns;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good numeric sense and detailed-mind; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong sense of responsibility and excellent integrity
  • Good knowledge in Employment / IR Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance
