Human Resources Assistant Limited

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the maintenance & administration of staff records
  • Assist in administration of leave & attendance record, medical & other benefits
  • Maintain in the HR filing system
  • Provide support on recruitment process and act as coordinator with recruitment agency for recruitment arrangement
  • Assist in conducting briefing to the new joiners
  • Assist in conducting statistical reports as assigned.
  • Maintain and improve staff relations through planned staff activities and use of internal communication channels
  • Assist in implementing the ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

  • Form 7 or above with minimum of 1 year working experience in Human Resources discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC software applications (e.g. MS word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance is preferred
  • Be a team player, committed and initiative
