Role Summary:

The role is to provide full range of HR services including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, staff relation and communications to designated operating groups in order to ensure they are delivered in a quality and timely manner.


  • Work closely with line management as business partner, understand their business needs in manpower planning and talent acquisition, provide appropriate human resources advice / support proactively
  • Assist in staff recruitment functions, including job advertisement posting, candidates screening, interviews conducting and offer making
  • Take charge of staff on-boarding and induction process for new hires
  • Assist in implementation of various HR initiatives, including employer branding, performance management, employee engagement programs, staff secondment
  • Prepare and update various regular HR related reports, as well as O-charts of different organization groups in quality and timely manner
  • Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salary review, customer satisfaction survey and 360 degree feedback
  • Review and update staff handbook to ensure policies are compliant with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years experience in human resources, preferable from Fashion Retail industry, candidate with experience gained from recruitment agency is highly desirable.
  • Pleasant, proactive, detail-minded, independent and well organized
  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation.
  • Experience in using IPL is advantageous
  • Strong business sense, management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
