Human Resources Assistant

Job Descriprions:

  1. Perform day to day operations of the HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, employee relation and HR adminstrative work
  2. Update and maintain human resources data base and personnel records
  3. Assist to prepare HR reports
  4. Handle any ad hoc projects or other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel management or related disciplines
  2. Min 1 year experience in hotel industry
  3. Well-versed in HK Labour Ordiance
  4. Mature, independent, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded
  5. Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
