The role of Human Resources Assistant is to support HR operations among Asia regions. The incumbent is expected to deliver optimal services to HR Department and related business partners through timely, efficient and effective human resources administrative support.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Handle recruitment process for assigned positions from job posting, selecting and screening candidates, arranging interviews for hiring managers, giving offers, preparing employment letters, reference checking, arranging work visas, conducting new hire orientations.Terminate and enroll employees into social securities, tax returns, benefits and payroll timely.
Participate in regional and corporate HR projects.
Maintain HR and filing system are up to date. Work with systems support and HR team in the US on the issues related with information system.
Assist in HR data analysis as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of human resources experience with regional exposure.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATES

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office.
