Job Duties:

  • Assisting in full range of HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits and training;
  • Providing logistics support to recruitment activities, handling interview arrangement, issuing employment contracts and letters;
  • Conduct orientation program and company induction to all staff;
  • Handle payroll administration and processes;
  • Compiling reports and statistics, scheduling meetings and fling;
  • Assisting in general administration of the HR Department;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • An associate degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in hotel or hospitality industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player with good communication skill
  • Detail-minded with high accuracy, willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Strong literacy in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word-processing is essential
  • Immediate available is preferable
