Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department in managing staff movement and off-boarding processes
  • Prepare various staff correspondences, maintain up-to-date staff records
  • Verify data accuracy in systems and consolidate relevant data from multiple systems for reporting purpose
  • Leave management and filing
  • Provide support to the team and ad hoc projects as and when required

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Relevant experiences in Human Resources administration would be an advantage
  • Responsible, well-organized, good time management and detail-minded
  • Good communication skills and able to work in fast pace environment
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Putonghua would be an advantage

Less qualifications will be considered for the position of Clerk.
