  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department;
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies and rules;
  • Compile and update employee’s personal file and HR records;
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, commissions, leave attendance records .. etc.) of the monthly payroll processing;
  • Assist in recruitment duties such as handling telephone enquires / advertising posting / interview / recruitment event coordinate;
  • Provide administrative support in Training & Development function;
  • Prepare the reports and analysis as required by the Management;
  • Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as required.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience gained in HR field or equivalent;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations will be a definite asset;
  • Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill;
  • Independent, willing to learn, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and well organized;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application (both Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
