Provide HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, administration support and employee relations.
Responsible for payroll calculation, tax reporting, MPF and leave administration, maintain HR database in accurate manner (such as personal information, leave and attendance records), and filing etc.
Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening, phone interviews, job fairs and recruitment talks.
Consolidate and update company policies, handbook and HR Intranet information.
Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
1 year relevant HR experience is preferred.
Attention to details with good numerical & analytical skills.
Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing).
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
Good team player with enthusiastic and cheerful personality.
Well-organized, self-initiated, willing to learn.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Immediate availability would be an advantage.
Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
