The role

The role is an incumbent in the team of HR Shared Services to provide administrative support to maintain a smooth HR daily operation for the Head Office and our schools in Hong Kong.  The incumbent works closely with the HR Business Partners in the team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the recruitment functions and activities;
  • Handling HR documents with confidence including contracts, CVs, headcount movement;
  • Processing the personal files and personal data in HRIS;
  • Maintaining a robust filing system for the department;
  • Supporting the HR BPs in regular HR statistics, visa application, qualification assessment, employment background check, teacher registration and new staff on-boarding matters;
  • Handling staff leave records;
  • Submitting and collecting documents to and from Immigration Department;
  • Providing administrative and logistic support to BPs and the Department Head in different HR activities.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma Holder and above; 
  • 3 years of working experience in office setting;
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources would be an advantage;
  • Strong in MS Word, Excel and PPT;
  • Patient and polite in personality;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Good sense of confidentiality.
