Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, payroll & MPF, leave & attendance as well as administration of compensation & benefits.
  • Maintain personnel databases and filing records.
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 1-2 years related working experience, candidate with HR or Admin. working experience is an advantage.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
