Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

  • Provide administration support for day-to-day operation of HR Department
  • Assist the senior in HR duties including  recruitment, payroll calculation and  compensation and benefits... etc.
  • Maintain attendance record of frontline staffs
  • Maintain filing system and update database
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:  

  • DSE/ F.5 qualification or above, study in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is a plus
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • HR experience in property management or security services field is an advantage, but not a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good in MS Office application  
  • Immediately available is preferred
