About this company

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process from job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, confirming offer and preparing contract
  • Handle and maintain staff record on HRIS system
  • Update management reports on recruitment activities regularly
  • To liaise with external parties for recruitment activities and campus recruitment
  • Provide professional advice on labour relationship matters and handle staff disciplinary issues
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in HR or related discipline
  • With 1 year relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
