Human Resources Assistant

  • Provide administrative support of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment logistics, medical and leave administration, etc.
  • Timely update and maintain accurate records in HRIS
  • Support and coordinate Human Resources projects, such as recruitment day, staff events and activities, etc
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience preferable
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with initiative and positive working attitude
  • Independent, pro-active, result-oriented and a team player
  • Immediately available preferred
