Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Relevant HR experience in Hotel industry is an advantage
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive thinking
  • Immediate available will be an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcomed

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for weekly casual payroll and maintain casual data in CLMS system
  • Provide clerical/ administrative support of HR in daily operations including interview arrangement, new joiner on-board arrangement
  • Handle documentary filing system including staff personal records & data
  • Participate in assigned HR projects;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
