Reporting to the Human Resources Manager (HRM), the Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist the HRM in performing appointment functions for senior staff such as appointment administration, work visa application, contract renewal, annual appraisal exercise;
  • Provide secretarial services to the HRM;
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS system;
  • Assist in annual staff cost budget;
  • Prepare financial statistics and reports;
  • Assist in ad-hoc/regular project; and
  • Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.



  • Applicants should have: (1) a minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics; or (2) any post secondary qualification;
  • Possess certificate/ diploma in human resources management or related discipline;
  • Strong knowledge and application in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
  • Strong in numeracy and good communication skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage; and
  • Proficient in HRIS system and MS-Excel.
