Human Resources Assistant

Your role:

• Provide administration support in all HR functions, including payroll and MPF
• Maintain the accuracy of data in HRIS system, including personal data, leave and attendance
• Responsible for recruitment activities, including advertising, CV screening, interview scheduling and reference checks on candidates.
• Perform office administration duties
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legislations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation
• Immediately available preferred

Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (near MTR station)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 5:30pm
