Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in C&B functions including payroll processing, final payment, staff movements, medical claims, EC cases and taxation issues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Update and maintain the HRIS including leave records, personal profile, roster & attendance record and staff movements to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Assist in C&B projects and annual activities including HRIS enhancement, annual appraisal, regular policy review, annual budget exercise and market benchmarking etc. 
• Provide support in R&S function ranging from job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, attending job fairs, liaison with applicants, contract signing, etc.
• Assist in company events such as employee relations activities, training events, employer branding activities, etc.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or (Associate) Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Positive thinking and possesses teamwork spirit
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
