Responsibilities

  • Assist in Recruitment function and Employees Engagement
  • Provide support in Training Administration and Training database management
  • Responsible for Employees attendance, leave, payroll and employees Benefits administration
  • Handle Occupational, Health and Safety issues including but not limited to Work Injury Claim & in-house OHS committee secretarial role
  • Participant in “Green" & Employees “Well-beings" promotional activities
  • Support office administration matters
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the company

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR Management / Business Administration
  • 1 year of work experience in HR field. Fresh graduates with HR internship experience will also be considered
  • With Passion for HR initiatives and having good work attitudes
  • With analytical & growth mindset, empathy, thankful and happiness character
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinance is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
