Human Resources Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to join our team. As a HR Assistant, you will be supporting HR operations and deliver quality HR services for all brands under CTM group in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support in handling full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, etc.
• Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR system
• Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments if needed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year’ relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and a good team player
• Good spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
