Human Resources Business Partner Lead

Role Description

People Management

  • Ensure smooth running of employee performance management process cycles across the APAC region
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure that all employees have development plans in place and embed culture of ongoing feedback
  • Manage the annual compensation review with the leadership team and ensure alignment with market data
  • Advise on and manage high risk or senior employee relations issues

Talent and Engagement

  • Partner with the senior leadership team to drive cultural change and employee engagement strategies to improve engagement, performance, attrition and drive organisational development
  • Develop and deliver diversity inclusion strategy
  • Work with peers in other locations to deliver global HR change initiatives
  • Deliver proactive analysis and consultation on human resources trends (turnover analysis, retention studies) to identify improvement opportunity areas and establish action plans to address


  • Manage and coach APAC Business Partner team to ensure a high performing, business focused function, ensuring the development of all team members
  • Provide support and advice to APAC Business Partner team in all aspects of the employee engagement cycle


  • Determine people priorities, to support the regional business and implement global priorities in the region
  • Act as a sounding board and advising on people and business issues for the Regional Leader
Skills and Expertise
  • An experienced HR generalist with 5 -7 years’ experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the firm
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and can work under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy and maintaining focus
  • Strong planning and project management skills, able to effectively plan and anticipate challenges
  • Demonstrated experience providing creative solutions to address HR challenges and implications of the organization business strategies
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, negotiation & collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and listening skills
