We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional to build and drive the people and organizational capabilities of the Group with a strong focus on achieving an aggressive set of business goals.

Job Purpose:

Provide HR advices to the business on the development of and the accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives through reward and recognition; performance management; career development and succession planning.

Provide valuable HR business partnering to managers/executives to build the capabilities and execution ability in managing their teams for achieving business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner, provide HR consulting in line with business strategies and objectives;
  • Provide support to line managers to improve people management skills in their respective departments;
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation with line management;
  • Build good relationships with key stakeholders and line managers, handle all people issues;
  • Handle end to end recruitment activities and develop an efficient talent acquisition strategy;
  • Deliver new hire orientation and facilitate onboarding activities;
  • Identify gaps to support business objectives, raise and participate in strategies implementation;
  • Lead and handle HR projects as assigned in improving company’s capability;
  • Ensure company’s HR policies and practices are aligned with local legislations.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline. Preferably from insurance or financial services sector but be prepared to business partner other diversified businesses as the organization expands.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a series of progressively more responsible HR positions, including a minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience is required.
  • Wide range and diverse knowledge on human resources management and compensation design.
  • Strong driver with passion to build Corporate HR as the Best HR team.
  • Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent analytical, strong negotiation, planning and project management skills.
  • Has a can-do mindset and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • A confident individual who is able to influence stakeholders with sound HR advices and yet a great team player.
  • Preferably able to commence work immediately.
