Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, commissions, leave attendance records .. etc.) of the monthly payroll processing;
Assist in recruitment duties such as handling telephone enquires / advertising posting / interview / recruitment event coordinate;
Provide administrative support in Training & Development function;
Manage and maintain the staff information and records in the HR system;
Handle ad hoc projects as required
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management or other related disciplines;
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations will be an advantage;
Willing to learn, detail-oriented, well organized and a good team player;
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Office Application (both Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
