Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Business or a related discipline
  • 5 years of secretarial and general administrative experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong negotiation skills with a variety of people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to top management
  • Prepare and handle emails and correspondence
  • Handle daily office administration and manage company property
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned job
