Human Resources Director (Station China)

Our client is now looking for high caliber to join the Group for supporting the rapid business expansion and provide timely and responsive HR functions to the business development and operations.

Major responsibilities

  • Lead a team to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, succession planning, budgeting, people development and training, performance management and employee relations; and ensure its operation efficiencythrough various HR strategic initiatives
  • Execute HR Policies & procedures in line with corporate directions and business needs and ensure full compliance with rules and regulations
  • Review & implement HR strategies to achieve company and business goals
  • Act as a business partner for department heads and provide pragmatic solutions to resolve people issues smoothly
  • Review, steamline and execute HR systems, guidelines, procedures and policies to meet company’s objectives via the optimization of human resources
  • Facilitate training for business compliance and development programs
  • Lead special HR projects and change management related initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience in sizable company preferably in manufacturing sector
  • Well-versed in China labour ordinance
  • Excellent people management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Station in China
