Human Resources Executive (1-year Contract)

The incumbent is responsible for performing as a HR generalist role and provide a quality level of HR services throughout the employee life cycle.


  • Perform a full range of HR duties including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development and employee relations
  • New joiner logistic preparation, e.g. welcome kit and staff card preparation, new staff orientation.
  • Arrange logistics and provide on-site support to employee relations activities
  • Maintain the data accuracy in HRIS
  • Responsible for report updating, e.g. organizational chart, attendance and attrition rate reports.
  • Manage in/out patient medical claims and dental claim
  • Ad hoc projects and other HR duties as assigned 


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Well-organized, detailed minded and with good communication skill
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
  • Willing to learn and a good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
