Human Resources Executive (2-year contract)

  • 5-day week

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle activities in the overall recruitment & selection process, such as posting job advertisement, screening applications, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, onboarding arrangements, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to maintain daily HR operations, such as maintenance of personnel files, staff card arrangement and preparation of HR reports
  • Prepare HR related letters and materials, such as employment contract, probation letter, reference letter, orientation kit, etc.
  • Undertake any other job related duties as assigned


  • 5 passes in HKCEE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR experience (University graduate with less experience will also be considered)
  • Familiar with employment-related ordinances
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill

Contract Period: 2 years
