Human Resources Executive (HRIS)(6-9 mths contracts)

Responsibilities :

  • Perform HRIS Management and provide support to the customization / implementtation of the HRIS (IPL E-attendance and ESS)
  • Support daily use of HR systems to ensure the data accuracy and quality, including but not limited to data extraction, validation and correction
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
  • Support in report generation, data migration / verification and staff communications
  • Assist in benefits programs review and provide support to other as hoc C&B projects

       Requirements:-

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Retail / F&B industry
  • Experience in HRIS system project implementation and roll-out, including migration, UAT testing, documentation and user training
  • Conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and experience in compensation and benefits programme e.g. Employment Support Scheme ( ESS) follow up action
  • Possesses strong project management and analytical skills as well as good numerical sense
  • A fast learner who is self-motivated and result-driven
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills and communications skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
