Provide all-round support in managing Graduate Trainee Programme, from on-boarding to providing mentoring and coaching
Establish and maintain good relationship with external parties, e.g. education institutions, vendors.
Support in planning maneuver of talents and identify high potentials for career development
Performance Management
Provide support on the execution of the performance management cycle
Lead day-to-day administration of performance management system
Recruitment & Branding
Responsible for mass recruitment for Graduate Trainee and Internship programmes
Perform all-rounded Talent & Partnership activities including job posting and attending job fairs
Exploration of different out-reaching channels and promotion of employer branding
Responsible for New Joiner onboarding programme
Compile HR analytics data to generate reports
Perform other operational duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
What You Need:
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
Strong communication skills at all levels
Strong analytical skills and results-oriented
A team player with high initiative and sensitivity
Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
Passionate fresh graduates / candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
