What You’ll Do: 

Talent Management & Succession Planning

• Provide all-round support in managing Graduate Trainee Programme, from on-boarding to providing mentoring and coaching
• Establish and maintain good relationship with external parties, e.g. education institutions, vendors.
• Support in planning maneuver of talents and identify high potentials for career development 

Performance Management

• Provide support on the execution of the performance management cycle
• Lead day-to-day administration of performance management system

Recruitment & Branding

• Responsible for mass recruitment for Graduate Trainee and Internship programmes
• Perform all-rounded Talent & Partnership activities including job posting and attending job fairs
• Exploration of different out-reaching channels and promotion of employer branding
• Responsible for New Joiner onboarding programme
• Compile HR analytics data to generate reports
• Perform other operational duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
   

What You Need: 

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented
• A team player with high initiative and sensitivity
• Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
• Passionate fresh graduates / candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
